Five New Year’s resolutions to attract love
As the New Year approaches, thoughts of goals and resolutions will be on your mind.
can both motivate and cause anxiety when you think about the new beginning of January 1. You may be excited to turn a new page, but not sure how or where to begin.
You may wonder where you should focus your attention, and if you can make any changes to your love life or dating goals.
I am here to tell you that you can make changes in the New Year and you can do it.
I’d love to talk to you if you would like some tips and insights tailored to your specific needs. You can book a call here.
Here are five New Year’s resolutions to attract love:
1. DATE YOURSELF FIRST.
If you do not love yourself, it is difficult to allow someone to love you authentically. Spend some time exploring your inner self and finding out what you are truly capable of. Work on gaining confidence and overcoming insecurities. As you become more confident, men will be attracted to your confidence.
2. Decide what you want in a partner.
Women tend to over-rely on cliches like “love is at first sight” and “I knew he was right”. We are led to think that finding a compatible partner will be easy and automatic. What do you look for in a partner, then? Check out my blog post What Should You Look For When Meeting and Dating Men? to get some ideas.
3. GET OUT AS MUCH AS YOU CAN!
You will find more love if you talk to more people and start conversations. Attend events, concerts and libraries. Go to places you are comfortable in and also places you don’t feel like you belong. Be friendly and smile at everyone. Who knows, you may find someone special!
4. Have fun with dating!
It’s easy as we age to take dating too seriously. This is understandable, especially when you want to make the relationship work. Not only will this make men run away but it’s also not fun for you! Men enjoy being around women that are able to have fun. Let go of the stress, have fun, and enjoy yourself with others!
5. LET GO OF RELATIONSHIPS THAT AREN’T SERVING YOU.
We can sometimes hold onto unhealthy relationships even when we are unaware of it. You can read more about this here. The bottom line is that we must be honest and let go. It is better for all parties involved to step back if things aren’t going well with someone. It could be the change that you need to truly open your heart to someone else.
Which of these resolutions will you find most suitable for you?
