Self-date ideas that are exciting
It’s fun to go on a date, but it’s also important to have a list of ideas for self-dates in your pocket.
It is important to remain connected to yourself and to your feelings during the ups-and-downs of dating and starting a relationship.
We can overdo it in the beginning stages of dating. We lose our sense of self. We may even abandon ourselves.
My clients learn how to reconnect with themselves and their feminine side by learning how to go on a date alone.
Here are some ideas for the season (some of them my favorites!) This will help you to activate your feminine power.
Whatever activity you choose to engage in, consider the following:
What will make you smile? What will make my heart beat faster? What can I do every day to make me feel better?
When we start to take care of our needs and understand what will help us shift our energy or mood, it feels like a great feeling.
Summer Self-Dating Ideas
- Book a summery photoshoot with a flowing dress
- Buy some flowers at a farmer’s markets in your area
- Walk along the beach, or on a farm at sunset (and take pictures with your smartphone camera).
- You can finally get that deliciously smelling perfume or essential oil you’ve been wanting for a while
- Create something new that inspires creativity (e.g. collect herbs to make soap by hand or flower cards pressed).
